Office Manager

Our Office Manager is just as important to our company as our Sales Team. With a variety of knowledge and experience in customer service, our Office Manager is second to none in terms of taking care of our vendors and customers' needs. This allows our sales representatives to focus on one goal; and that is to increase sales with each of their customers with as many lines as possible that we represent. On a daily basis, the Office Manager keeps our entire operation running by fielding customer questions, writing orders, tracking customer websites, reconciling orders, and a whole laundry list of other critical operational items to keep our company a well oiled machine. Without this position, The Northeast Group would not be as successful as we have been over the last 50 plus years.
