Will you provide purchase order tracking?: We will provide the Courier tracking number and shipping information directly to the customer when available.

What are your current promotions?: A listing is provided monthly, with current promotion and dating programs, to customers through our sales team.

Can you provide me a catalog and pricelist for vendors?: We have all catalogs and pricelists on hand and can send them via mail or e-mail the same day it was requested.

Will I receive an order confirmation?: Once your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation.

What information is needed to set up a new account with a vendor? How long does this take?: Typically, all vendors need a new account form, resale tax certificate and opening order to start the account process.
Generally, an opening order takes 7-10 business days to ship, depending on manufacturer policy.

What forms of payment are accepted?: Manufacturers accept most major credit cards or check, this does vary.

Who is the representative for my territory?: Please refer to the About Us page of our website to see which member of our sales team is responsible for your territory.

Does your company attend the major Houseware and Gift shows?: Our sales team attends most Houseware and Gift shows throughout the country.

How do I arrange a meeting with a rep and/or manufacturer?: We can help you set up a meeting with the sales team member for your territory to discuss any future appointments.
